TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Business Details

These Terms of Service govern the coaching services offered by Ataya NessAiver ("we," "us," or the "Coach") through the website torahprecisioncoaching.com (the "Site").

2. Nature of the Service

Torah Precision Coaching provides one-on-one and group coaching sessions, breathwork events, and related educational content rooted in Torah, Chassidus and Kabbalah. Services are provided in person in Israel and online worldwide.

Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. The Coach is not a licensed mental-health or medical professional. Nothing on the Site or during sessions constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental-health or medical crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions, packages and events must be paid for in advance through the payment methods offered on the Site. Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. A booking is confirmed only once payment is received in full.

4. Rescheduling and No-Shows

  • Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show"), will result in the session being counted as delivered and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • The Coach reserves the right to reschedule a session by giving reasonable notice; in such cases a mutually convenient replacement time will be offered.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because coaching is a personal, time-based service, refunds are limited as follows:

  • Statutory cooling-off period (Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981). An individual client purchasing a service via distance sale may cancel the transaction within 14 days of the date of the transaction, and no later than 2 business days (not counting rest days) before the date the service is scheduled to be provided. In such case a refund will be issued for amounts actually paid, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower, as permitted by law.
  • After the cooling-off period, or once services have begun, all sales are final and non-refundable. Unused sessions within a package do not entitle the client to a refund but may, at the Coach's sole discretion, be transferred within a reasonable period.
  • Group events and breathwork evenings are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date. Where an event is cancelled by the Coach, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future event.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to atayanessaiver@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and are entering into coaching of your own free will.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching outcomes depend on your engagement and circumstances and are not guaranteed.
  • You will disclose any physical, medical, or psychological condition that may be relevant, especially before breathwork sessions.

7. Confidentiality

Personal information shared during coaching is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the service, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, audio, video, and course materials, is owned by Ataya NessAiver and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Coach's total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
